Our products are handcrafted in small batches using clean, natural, and organic ingredients in Katy, Texas.

What is the shelf life of your products?

The shelf life varies and is listed in the descriptions of each product. Overall, the range is 6 to 12 months. Our products are made fresh in small batched to ensure your product is in the beginning of its life cycle and in perfect condition when you receive it. 

Are your products USDA certified organic?

All of our products contain organic, organically grown and wildcrafted ingredients and the percentage of organic ingredients is listed in each product description. Our goal is to offer holistic, pure natural, organic and chemical free beauty products at a reasonable price which means some products may be natural but not 100% organic.

Are your products vegan?

The following products are vegan: Face & Body Mud Masques, Activated Charcoal Cleanser, Organic Citrus Balancing Toner
The following products are not vegan: Lip Balms 
The only ingredient we use that is not vegan is beeswax.

Are your products gluten free?

All of our products are gluten free.

Are your products tested on animals?

How much is shipping

We ship for free anywhere in the United States on orders over $30 (before tax). For orders less than $30, a flat shipping charge of $8 will be applied.

How long will it take to receive my order?

All orders ship within 1-3 business days.

How will my order be shipped? 

We ship our products via UPS or USPS.

Do you ship internationally?

We use DHL weight-based rates for all international orders

Do you accept returns? 

Customer satisfaction is crucial to us and we are confident that our products will exceed our customer’s expectations. However, we understand that things happen and for whatever reason, sometimes a refund is necessary. That's why we provide a 100% refund on all items purchased within the first 30 days, no questions asked.
